B360 Events – Terms & Conditions

By completing this booking, the Client agrees to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Damage & Equipment Responsibility

The Client is responsible for any damage to B360 Events equipment caused by guests or attendees. This includes the 360 platform, camera devices, lighting, props, iPads, monitors, or any related equipment. Repair or replacement costs may be charged if damage occurs due to misuse or negligence.

Safety & Guest Conduct

Guests must use the booth safely and follow instructions provided by the booth attendant. Jumping, excessive force, or unsafe behavior on the platform is prohibited. A maximum of 3–4 guests are allowed on the platform at one time. B360 Events reserves the right to stop service if unsafe behavior occurs.

Liability Waiver

B360 Events LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the booth or equipment. Participation in the 360 booth experience is at the guest’s own risk.

Space & Power Requirements

Client must provide adequate space and access to power for setup and operation of the booth. Failure to provide appropriate setup conditions may affect service.

Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, the Client must provide protection from weather conditions including rain, wind, or extreme heat. Services may be paused or terminated if conditions threaten the safety of equipment or staff.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted depending on availability.

Media Release

Client and guests consent to photos and videos taken during the event being used by B360 Events for promotional or marketing purposes, including social media and website use, unless written notice is provided prior to the event.

By checking the agreement box and completing payment, the Client confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
